Life as a squirrel can be quite engaging, and Squirreled® manages to blend educational content with entertainment effectively.

As winter approaches, players assist Squirrel and friends on a mission to collect acorns while retrieving shiny locket fragments from a keen-eyed bird. The game offers a variety of challenges, such as dodging cars and lawnmowers, outsmarting gophers, cats, and busy ants, all set within vibrant environments like trees, backyards, and rivers. Despite its playful appearance, the core gameplay centers on mathematical concepts—cracking acorns into halves, thirds, or quarters to meet specific goals that increase in difficulty as the game progresses.

The gameplay mechanics are straightforward: tap to crack acorns into the required fractions. The game maintains engagement through escalating objectives and provides customization options including four girl and four boy squirrel characters, three difficulty levels, and Game Center integration. An Apple Watch app extends the experience, allowing players to stay mentally active while on the move. Its design accommodates players aged four and above.

The game has been localized into multiple languages—Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Arabic—broadening its accessibility.

Additionally, it includes two Apple Watch mini-games: Squirreled arcade and tap games, offering quick entertainment options for users outside of the main app.
